Happy Sunday! I hope that everyone is having a great weekend! My weekend was good, long and not nearly as productive as I was hoping for but over all, not bad!

I am not sure If I mentioned I joined a pool league again. It has been nice! I have made some new friends, I have been able to reconnect with old friends and I have something that forces me to stop what I am doing on Saturday afternoon for a few hours and step away. Meet my pocket marker Lary!

This semester has been rough. As much as I am enjoying my professor and the content, intro to quant is a BEAST! Right now I am avoiding working on an outline for the class that is due this week!

Just a quick online dating story. If you are new here, I dabble in the online dating world. My first interaction with anyone is “what is your best middle school appropriate joke?” I do this for a couple reasons. 1) I am funny, are you? 2) I don’t need everyone to have a joke onhand in thier pocket and ready to go however, If you aren’t willing to put in the minimal effort to even google a joke then I promise you have nothing to offer me! There are the usual suspects right. Like the guy that told me he was no comedian when I asked him for a joke. Or the guy that said why does it have to be school appropriate? are we not adults. And I mean yes we are however, I asked for a school apporpriate one! However I want to talk about Jonathan. Jonathan for sure googled a joke and that’s fine. Again I am looking for effort here! We started talked Friday evening online and then exchanged numbers saturday morning. We were texting, getting to know eachother. He made a plan to go to dinner on Thursday. Nice for a guy to take that kinda Initiative. So we are just talking, you know, getting ot know each other. He was watching the Cowboys game at his parents house. Then out of nowhere he tells me that his partner ordered the last of the concrete they needed for a job on his Credit card. Very interesting because I thought he worked for uhual and basically cold calling for insurance agents. But ok, I let him tell me more. He said man I didn’t even get to fill up the Tahoe! I didn’t expect to kill anyone on a Sunday! I said because now you have to offer an sacrifice to the gas Gods? Then the shoe falls. He said “Can you venmo or cashapp me 20 bucks till we get the money for that job on Tuesday?” haha I responded with “haha No thank you! I hope you find what you are looking for, either someone to sacrifice or 20 bucks!” I blocked him on the site and blocked his number. Don’t get me wrong, I can spare 20 bucks for a friend. If one of my friends called that they needed 20 bucks till pay day sure. but a guy that I have never met. NO! I also didn’t give him time to explain or anything! This is the world of dating. So if one more of you asks why I am still single or tells me I need to put myself out there, I might just lose it! haha Joking aside, I am over it!

Well I really do need to get my life together and work on this paper. I have an appointment to talk to my professor about it in the morning! Have a great week!!!
