Happy Friday! I hope that everyone had a good week! Just finished week two of summer vacation. I know I had planned on blogging more. I have finished a couple books already. These past two weeks have gone by so fast. I am glad that I am taking some time to hang out with friends, it has really centered around coffee but come one is there any other way?!? I have been playing with being a little more creative with my bullet journal. still using washi tape but now doodling more.

I have been watching Shameless and I am on season 4 but sometimes I just need a little break from that. Cassie put it best yesterday she said it is just a little heavy sometimes. I did start to watch Mr. Robot again. I had started it some time ago and I didn’t think I finished it because I don’t know how it ends but I am about 8 episodes away from finishing it and each episode I am like “oh yeah! I remember this!” So we shall see where I stopped. I did watch the 19 kids and counting docu-series on Prime. I will say I suspected that family was messed up but I didn’t know the depths of the family or the “religion”.

I am also on week two of a summer class. The class is called technology for diverse learners. There has been a lot of reading but I am absolutely loving the class. It feels more like a professional development, like one that is awesome and worth while, than a class. I am excited to try some of the concepts in my classroom! We are mostly science ed students in there with a couple exceptions.

So last week I sent out a survey to a few of my people asking how many chugas before the choo choo. I was very surprised by some of the answers. So most people said 4 but I am very intrigued and confused by the person that said 17! I think i know who that was! haha

So the next question I have for you is also in a google form you can find it here. I will be driving a lot in July and I would love some songs to add to my list! I will be making a playlist with the songs y’all suggest. If this goes well there will be another one for songs for my classroom during back to school! haha

Summer has been pretty great so far. Last weekend we went to the rangers game. We were able to use a suite sponsored by Gaylen and Bailey! It was so much fun. We ate, watched baseball, ate, laughed, ate some more, and I got my hat for the summer. Isn’t it cute? I need a fun way to store my hats because I am gaining quite the collection. If anyone has an idea let me know!

I am going to try to cover my “about me board” with pictures from this summer, so I will need to take more! I haven’t pulled out my “big” camera in a while. I should charge that and start carrying it around again. hmm…

Last weekend I was supposed to go on a date with a guy but he ghosted me. We talked about getting together on sunday and then I didn’t hear from him much on saturday and then nothing on Sunday. I started talking to a guy online a couple days ago and he said he wanted to get together this evening. Let’s see if he turns out to be a weirdo!

Sunday I am going to the horse races with some friends to celebrate my birthday. I am pretty excited. I should probably get some homework done so that I can celebrate all weekend guilt free! haha I am still looking for documentary recommendations so if you have any please let me know. I would really like to check that one off of my day zero project. I hope everyone has a great rest of your Friday!
